Sofosbuvir & Valpatasvir Tablet is a combination medicine used alone or with ribavirin in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C (an ongoing viral infection that affects the liver) in adults and children 6 years of age and more or who weigh at least 17 kg.

How to Use

• Sofosbuvir and velpatasvir are available as a tablet to consume by mouth. It is normally taken once a day, with or without food, for 12 weeks.

• If you have an allergy to sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, any other medicines, or any of the components in Sofosbuvir & Valpatasvir Tablet, inform your doctor immediately.
• Tell your doctor about any prescription or over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, or nutraceuticals you're taking or planning to use. Your doctor will need to adjust your prescription dosages or keep a close eye on you for adverse effects.
• If you take antacids, do so 4 hours before or after taking it.
• If you're using cimetidine, ranitidine, famotidine, or nizatidine for indigestion, heartburn, or ulcers, notify your doctor. This drug may be taken 12 hours before or after sofosbuvir and velpatasvir, or at the same time depending on your doctor's instructions.
• If you have the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or if you have or have had any form of liver disease other than hepatitis C, tell your doctor.
• If you have a pregnancy, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding tells your doctor. Call your doctor when you become pregnant during taking sofosbuvir & Valpatasvir Tablet.
